| How often should the product be taken? When can the patient expect results? |

Resurgex Select can be taken between one and four times daily based upon the total caloric intake targeted by the individual.
Resurgex and Resurgex Plus are to be taken twice daily based upon therapeutic values of ingredients contained within. There is still benefit if the product is taken with less frequency or more frequently and should be determined by you, the health care provider.
When taken regularly, at recommended amounts, most patients can expect to experience benefits within three to four weeks.

| Who should use Resurgex products? |

| Because of the Resurgex product line’s superior nutritional
formulation most people can benefit from them. The low sugar/no sugar added formulas are also safe for
diabetics. Those individuals undergoing medical treatment for end stage
liver or kidney disease should consult their physician before consuming because of protein and liquid
requirements. None of the products are recommended for those who are pregnant or lactating.

| Can lactose intolerant patients use Resurgex? |

| Most likely, all of the products contain a minimal amount of lactose
from the whey protein used and therefore should not be a problem. If someone is severely lactose intolerant it
is up to you, the healthcare provider. |

| Can patients who are being tube fed use Resurgex products? |

| The Resurgex products may be administered
through NG, PEG and PEG/J tubes. A recent study at the Northeast Center for Special Care
in Kingston, New York proved that Resurgex outperformed leading tube feeding products in the categories
of ease of use, efficiency and overall acceptance. |

| Yes. Resurgex (1 gram) is a no added sugar product and Resurgex
Plus (5 grams) and Resurgex Select (6 grams) are both low in sugar. |

include sucralose. Sucralose is a great tasting, no calorie sweetener that is made from sugar so it tastes like sugar. |

| Can the products be used in place of a meal or as a "meal replacement"? |

| Resurgex is a low calorie supplement and therefore does not deliver an adequate
amount of calories to meet the body's daily needs. Resurgex Plus and Resurgex Select are much higher calorie products and may
be used to replace a meal or as a soul source of nutrition in cases when whole foods cannot be consumed and as you, the health
care provider recommend. |

| Does the product cause any GI discomfort? |

| All of the products have been designed with the highest quality ingredients
to help to prevent any GI issues. Unlike other nutritional beverages that are high in fat (corn oil) and sugar
(corn syrup, sucrose) which can cause GI issues, the Resurgex products use high quality, easy to digest fats
(MCT’s, omega 3 DHA) and are low in sugar.

| Are there any allergies related to the product(s)? |
